Spent 5.5 hours at this wretched ER waiting room. Finally, I was taken back where I was confronted by a rude nurse who simply said my illness was my fault. If I had eaten well, then this would not have happened. She basically bitched about how today's boys and girls were skipping meals in order to maintain weights. She basically implied that I fainted while driving and might have caused some human losses.

After hearing for maybe 10 minutes, I cut her off. I told her that just because I am skinny, and fainted does not mean that I do not eat meals. I had a full stomach before driving my car, and I fainted while I was parked on the sideway attending a call.

Sufficiently chastened, the nurse keeps quiet. The doctor comes in and looks very concerned when he sees the chart. He asks me why I came in late. I told him I came here within five minutes of fainting, but the nurses made me wait for nearly 5.5 hours in the waiting room. He was surprised and proceeded to blast the nurses and the triage nurse.

He proceeded with care and after an hour gave me all clear. He also asked me to check with a specialist regarding the fainting. Such a nice guy… but it does not make me want to come here again…the nurses have ruined the whole experience!!!

Had to rush here at 2:00 AM with high fever and severe stomach ache. Received exceptional care from the staff. Underwent a CT scan, was diagnosed with a kidney stone, and prompt treatment started. I was on my way home after four hours. Excellent care from an outstanding staff

Incredible staff across the board. The ER staff was exceptional…the ICU team was a notch super, so was step-down ICU and the floor. All of them treated my kid with great care. The doctors, specialists, and nurses went out of their way to make sure Ronnie was responding well to treatment. Thanks to their care, Ronnie was back on his feet a few days later. Highly recommended for pediatric issues.

The nurses on the floor were exceptional. They treated my grandpa as one of their own. Even the doctors were great and kept us updated about his situation. Though slow, my grandpa did respond to treatment. The nurses were very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer our questions. Very happy with the way he was taken care of. Highly recommended
