Ended up at Mease Dunedin ER with a family member who needed some urgent medical attention. The ER was neat and clean and was functioning smoothly. The PA and the nurses who took care of my family member were great. Despite being a small community ER, they can give the big shots a run for their money. As a healthcare professional, I am very impressed. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work.

Unfortunately had to visit the emergency room two days back. The quality of care that I got was amazing, and it was swift. I was checked-in and called back to the room in less than 15 minutes. The doctor was a pleasant lady who was very patient and was able to diagnose the exact cause of my illness within an hour. It turns out my illness was somewhat serious, and I was shifted to a private room. It was a very clean room. The food was also good. I stayed for a few days and then was discharged. Completely satisfied with the way I was treated. Felt sad when I was leaving lol

I just could not believe what happened to me at this ER.

I visit this ER as I was having problems with bad backache, migraine, etc. While waiting for my turn, I get an anxiety attack, and I start panicking and have breathing issues. I get up and tell the nurse that I am having an anxiety attack and want to leave. She glares at me, and before I know, I am being hauled across the hallway by the security guards. They dump me outside on the sidewalk. I did not feel so humiliated ever in my life. I am planning to take legal action and also speak to anyone who listens to me to avoid this wretched hospital. I prefer dying than getting treated here!!!

This is a review for a visit that I had back in October of last year. I visited the ER after a bad accident left me with scrapes, deep cuts, and a few broken bones. The nurses took over my care immediately, and then before long, a whole army of nurses was taking care of me. The tech was also good and despite the difficult situation was able to take clear images which showed a broken left hand and leg and toes. I was shifted to the ICU and then to the floor. I was at the hospital for nearly 10 days, and not even once did I get a chance to crib. They were so competent. They were caring and took excellent care of me. I would not hesitate to come back in case of any medical need
