Mercy Fitzgerald is blessed that it has such caring doctors. The doctors do not rush your care. They have that extra minute to hear you and understand how you feel. They are very knowledgeable. I will always seek my care here

I had a horrible experience while I was here. The nurse forgot that I was in the waiting room. I was taken back after a three-hour wait. Another two hours of waiting ensued, and when I did not see the doctor, I went to the nurse. She was shocked and was asking me questions about how I went inside. I told she only showed me in. It took a while for the idiot to realize that she only sent me in. She asked me to wait for the doctor, but I have had enough of their excuses and decided to leave. I wasted five hours at this place. Won’t be back!!!!

There is no communication between the nurses and the doctors and between the staff and patients. My vitals were taken twice by different nurses. Once inside, my blood was drawn thrice for three different doctors. It was total chaos. I was very relieved when the doctors discharged me. I do not know what would have happened if I was admitted here.

I, unfortunately, had to visit the ER thrice last month for different reasons. The first time, I attended an ER nearby, and the next two times, I visited Mercy Fitz. The contrast between both the ERs was like light and day. The Mercy Fitz was terrific and the staff was very polite, caring, understanding, and did not waste time during evaluation. The doctors were to the point and addressed the issue very well. Will shift my care to this place pronto

The thing I like about MCMC Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital is that it is a wonderful community hospital. The staff does care for its patients. Be it the security guard, the medical staff, or other support services, all of them care for the patient. I have been visiting Mercy Fitzgerald hospital for a few years now, and I have never got a chance to complain against them. All of them would greet me with a warm smile. They are attentive to patient's needs and are ready to walk that extra mile to ensure that the patient is comfortable and regains health in a quick manner

Very happy with the ER team who handled my case on August 2 at 11:00 PM. It was not a major emergency in a real sense but still was an emergency. The ER doctor was very professional and provided the best care. Very grateful to the ER doctor and the nurse
