Amazing cardiac team. From the moment I arrived here until I was discharged, I have had nothing but a perfect experience. The premises was spotless. The staff was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic. I also received a call from the team after I was discharged just to check on things and whether I had any issues. Have visited many hospitals, but have never received such a care anywhere. Very satisfied

I had had wonderful experiences here before McLaren took over. But nothing compares to what I endured during my recent visit. The front desk lady and the intake nurse were good and did a professional job. But the doctor was of a different planet. Let’s just say, a guy woke up in the morning and decided to masquerade as a doctor. He comes in 30 minutes late, gives a firm handshake, asks some routine questions, and before I know, my evaluation was over. His prescription – referral to my GP, a guy who is on a month-long holiday. Seeing this dumbhead was a complete waste. I unnecessarily wasted my time and money here.

Good luck to all those who seek care here

Small acts play a big impression. I had a bad fall while getting out of the car and ended hurting my elbow very badly. The valet saw me struggling with the car, came and helped me park the vehicle. The security guard was right there and opened the door ajar so that it does not touch my swollen hand. The front desk lady helped in registering me. The intake nurse took down the details and then got a small pillow to rest my hand….I had a fracture of my elbow, and the wonderful doctor put me in a soft cast and a sling, and I was on my way out

Stop yourself before you step into this hospital. If you go ahead, then the chances are that you might encounter some of the most disgusting and rude doctors and nurses in the hospital. The doctor who saw me was very rude and did not even ask me anything. He just saw the chart, mumbled, “it’s nothing, just a waste of time.” Well, I have the same feeling toward this hospital after the visit. The less said about the cleanliness and the nurses, the better.

I love this hospital and the way it treats me. I am writing this review to say that this is the best hospital in the entire county and do not go by the negative reviews. They are simply stupid and might not have been treated like royalty. During one visit, I overheard a lady who was complaining about the dry meatloaf that was served to her and that a hospital which serves this type of food is not good. Well hello lady, people come here for getting treatment and not eating. I go there seeking care, and I always got exceptional care. Won’t hesitate to return
