Even if you are on the death bed, I will urge you to avoid McLaren like the plague. These guys do not know what they are doing. I had gone there with severe hand pain and a hand which was sleeping off frequently. I waited for nearly four hours before a PA saw me. He looked at my hand….asked me to flex and fold my hand…and then discharged me. No manual evaluation, no scans, nothing. How can you know that my hand does not have any problem? Just by making me bend and flex my hand, how did the nincompoop know that there was no problem? I ended up visiting another hospital where it was found in scans that I had decreased blood flow to my entire hand, and there was a hairline fracture at the humerus. I would never seek care here again.

McLaren has always been my family’s and my choice for any type of medical care. My daughters were born here. McLaren is the reason why my father and mother-in-law are still alive. Be it fever, any type of injury, a major illness, etc. we always rush to McLaren. The quality of care that one gets here is exceptional and is the main reason why the institution has been here for so long. Thank You, McLaren, for taking good care of my family and me

Brought in my daughter, who is quite a handful when she is sick. Have to appreciate the nurses and aides on the way they treated her. They did not intimidate her and ensured that she was comfortable before seeing the doctor. After a reasonable wait time, we were back in the room. The doctor was beside us in minutes. He had excellent manners and became friendly with Coco before evaluating her and making the diagnosis. Very happy with the way these wonderful angels treated my daughter. Thanks to their care, she recovered from her illness quite quickly

Waited for one-quarter of a day just to see a doctor who can address the severe pain in my back. I am sure it is something related to kidneys, but then I am no doctor. There were four people before me, and I did not see anyone move in the six hours that I spent here. The only person moving was an elderly gentleman who was not able to sit on the chair due to pain.

The nurses were of no use at all. The triage nurse was busy the whole time I was there. She was either talking with her colleagues or stuffing things into her mouth. The only time her mouth was free was when she said, “it is time to go. See ya tomorrow.”

Could not take it anymore and left. Would visit any other hospital but won’t step back into this dump

This has been our go-to hospital for the last decade. Whenever we have visited this hospital, we have been treated with respect. The staff has always been very friendly, jovial, courteous, and very caring. They are highly knowledgeable and definitely know their way around here. Would not hesitate to come back again to seek care
