Went to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center two night back for my first nasal infection of the season. It seems I was not alone. There were around 15 to 20 people in the ER. Took a while to be seen, but it was much better then what I used to endure at Riverbend. Every single person whom I met were apologetic for the long wait. To be fair to them, it was pretty unusual this time, and they were doing their best. The staff was caring and very compassionate. I am hooked to this hospital and will visit it for all my medical necessities.

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center rocks! I have delivered my two kids here and both the time received excellent care. I also used this facility for emergency surgery. This is one amazing hospital that is complemented well by an equally amazing staff. I am really grateful to God that we have such an institution in our neighborhood. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making this hospital the best

This review is specifically for the McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center Emergency Room. The front desk staff at the ER is super rude. I went there for an urgent medical need. The lady made it quite obvious to me through her actions that I was a big hindrance to her plans. I work in the customer service department, so know how people need to be treated. I am not saying that I needed to be treated like royalty, but just normal courtesy is enough. What I certainly do not want is a person working as a receptionist trying to trivialize me, especially when I am in severe pain and would have been happy with a little compassion.

I was having severe lower back ache and reached the McKenzie-Willamette after being rejected by Peace Health. I was seen in the ER after a brief wait. The staff was friendly and worked very hard to control my pain. I was ordered to undergo a scan which revealed some kidney issues which needed emergency surgery. The staff helped me straight away. Thank you.
