Had to bring down my man here for a procedure scheduled by his PCP a few months ago. This was our first visit to Maryland General, and we are pleased with the service that we got. To be frank, it went much better than expected. The staff was amiable and organized. Looking at my age (turning 71 soon), they suggested that I can go home and take rest there and when it was time to pick him up, they would give a call. I could not resist the offer. The team was very professional and explained everything in detail. They sure did give a call once it was time to pick up my man….Ultimate Respect

DON'T EVER STEP INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

These fu*&^ng b^%$*rds nearly triple-billed my insurance. These guys billed my insurance nearly $12,000 for a procedure which did not cost more than $4,000. I pointed it out to them, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed me for the mess-up. Even worse, they did not wait for the insurance amount and sent me to collections within a few days. Funnily enough, the collection department sent me a bill of $5000 for payment. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I am planning to contact the Maryland Insurance Administration with regards to the wrongdoings that are taking place here.

My son underwent his yearly physical here. The entire staff was nice and accommodating and friendly. The doctor was a thorough gentleman and gave some valuable growth tips. The nurse took excellent care of my son. They have some very good people working here. We enjoyed our visit

Hands Down one of the best hospitals ever in Baltimore. The staff is very friendly, doctors great, the case manager a humble human being, the front desk very warm and welcoming and housekeeping excellent. My wife underwent a major surgery here and was admitted to the floor for ten days. She received exceptional care. The ED, ICU, Surgery and the floor nurses were excellent and made sure that my wife understood everything that was happening. They also kept me in the loop at each stage. The billing was also hassle-free and most importantly, without any errors. We are highly impressed
