I will be very frank here and tell that I am not an ideal patient and I get pissed off very quickly. And visiting a hospital for any illness is my last resort. I would not go there unless I am not able to get things under control anymore.

On July 21, 2019, I ended up going to the ER after my stomach cramps, and fever was not just going away. I tried several home remedies, but both were not ready to leave me. Finally, I bit the bullet and decided to go to the ER.

There were only four people in front of me, so I was happy that I would be seen in max 45 minutes …Boy, was I wrong? I had to wait in the hospital for nearly five hours before a sleepyhead came in to see me. It was clear he had not seen my chart because he was not sure why I was there in the first place. After I tell him and he sees me, he ends up giving me some antacids, because according to the bozo, my stomach cramps and fever was due to indigestion. No tests and nothing for the fever…

Needless to say, had to visit another hospital where the cause of the fever was found in a jiffy, and appropriate treatment started. I won’t step into this hospital again

I was sent to this hospital from Arnold Medical Clinic. I must say the nurses and the doctors who treated me were exceptional. They treated me as a human being who needed care and attention. The doctor was concerned about my wound and took all the details and ran some tests to rule out any infection. A shot was given as well as some antibiotics and pain meds. My ER visit concluded within an hour…Very satisfied with the excellent treatment that I received here.

I underwent surgery yesterday morning. I am impressed by the way my surgery proceeded. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful. It was a minor procedure, but the care which I got just blew me away. The doctors and the RN were enjoyable, and a pleasure to interact with and very informative. They have certainly exceeded my expectations.

Came here thrice within two months for different reasons, but the care was the same – exceptional. The nurses, support staff, and the doctors who treated me during the three visits were awesome and very friendly. The latest visit was for a procedure, and they did a great job with it. They answered all the questions and also told what to expect.

The procedure went off successfully, and before long I was walking out of the hospital, a completely satisfied person. Will recommend this hospital for any medical requirements
