This place is so confusing and a complete mess. You have nearly 7 to 10 people coming asking the same stuff. It just seems these people do not communicate with each other. I saw a nurse feeding the data into the system. This after they told they do not refer to it. The nurses were all over the place, and there was hardly any movement in the ER waiting room. Avoid this place. You might die waiting for your chance.

We had recently shifted to Lynchburg and were not familiar with the hospitals and other vital places. Last week, my youngest one was having a fever and was pulling his ear. Not knowing where to take him, we ended up coming to this place. It was the best thing that could happen. We were taken in quickly and then back to the room within minutes. The doctor was beside us and provided a professional treatment.

She diagnosed Steve with an ear infection, proceeded to give appropriate treatment, and by the time we were leaving the hospital, Steve was smiling. We are thankful to the professionals who took excellent care of Steve.

This review is for the neuro ICU. The nurses and the doctors manning it are some of the best people whom I have come across. They are very friendly, caring, courteous and very knowledgeable. They are always in great spirits. Be it any shift, you can be assured that they would be attentive to your needs. Thank you, everyone, for looking after my dad and treating him with respect

Everything was great! The hospital ER was spotless, and so was the room. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Very happy with the treatment that I got here. Won’t hesitate to return.

This hospital SUCKS big time. They cannot do simple things correctly. I came here for blood work and had to spend nearly two hours for it. There were no patients in front of me. Still, I had to wait for two hours. The reason – the techs were not in place, and I could hear people goofing around in the back. Very unprofessional!

I cannot say for others, but I had an enjoyable experience here. I was taken in and then back to the room in a quick time. Everyone whom I interacted with was exceptional, and they provided the best care possible. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable. Would be back if needed.

Avoid Lynchburg General Hospital if you want to save your life. This place is a complete mess. The nurses are very rude, and the doctor seemed so busy. He brushed away my concerns even when there were very few people in the ER. The questions might not have taken more than a minute. Felt humiliated with his behavior. Won’t be back.
