I had what can be called a horrendous stay at this dump yard. I had an asthma attack. The doctor was quick to admit me to the floor. No issues there…but what does he do…he gets me into a room that already had a patient who was recovering from an infectious disease.

The room was pathetic, and call lights were not working at all. My wife had to get nurses, and when they came to provide care, they were rude. They did not even listen to us when we requested to shift my room. Thanks to these idiots, I ended up with severe asthma attack and aggressive pneumonia….

The facilities were pathetic…the rooms were gross, and so was the bathroom. The nurses did not have any shame in picking up medicines that had fallen on the floor and then give it to me…I had to shout at them to give me another pill.

I am lucky that I survived my ordeal here. I would not even send a roach to this hospital for seeking treatment …..they are so bad!!!!

My wife underwent a right hip replacement a few months back at Lutheran. She received excellent care here. Everybody who was involved in her care was amazing….be it the surgical team, or the nursing team, or the PT/OT. Everyone was wonderful and made sure that Reese got the best possible care.

We were blown away by the level of care as well as the attention which she received. What was more surprising was that the dining service manager also came by to inquire about the food and what more could be done…now that’s a first for us.

What we loved the most at this place was the smooth process. Right from admission till the time we walked out of the hospital, everything was well thought out and moved forward in a seamless manner making it less intimidating for us. We will not hesitate to seek services of this hospital again if we need to

Everyone talks about the hospital and other services and how great or bad they are, but nobody even talks about the pharmacy.

My review is for the excellent pharmacy present there! The pharmacy manager is an exceptional person. It is very neat and clean, something which is expected in a hospital. The pharmacy staff is courteous. They are very quick with filling the prescriptions.

An added incentive, you need not be a patient to get your script filled. An excellent pharmacy that totally complements the wonderful hospital
