I'm from Florida and was visiting this place when I had a bad fall and ended up hurting my knees. Went to another hospital first, but walked out because the wait time was very horrible. I chanced upon Lovelace while driving through and went in seeking treatment. Lovelace took me in quickly. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They had very good communication between themselves and also with me and kept me updated on the next step. I was amazed at the cleanliness. Thank you for the wonderful care

I had scheduled an appointment two months back. I had the appointment confirmed three days back. I was asked to visit the hospital at 10:30 am yesterday. I came at 10.25 am and saw an old lady struggling to fill in her details. Her misery was compounded due to the presence of only one person to handle everything. Finally, after a struggle of 25 minutes, the lady was able to get it done and went ahead with her appointment. I reached the front desk and said my name and the reply I got blew me away. My appointment was canceled because I did not report on time.

Hello Lady!!!!! I came at 10:25 am, and it was not my fault that there was an old lady in front. Also, it was not my problem that you were the only person present who was handling all these things, and you did not notice my presence. She would have none of it…She suggested that I get an appointment again.

Sorry lady, won’t do that. I would prefer going to another place where I would be treated fair and not be blamed for somebody else’s mistake. Avoid Lovelace unless you like getting screwed over!

I went with my son because his two-year-old had a high fever. The Urgent Care doc diagnosed him with ear infections as well as Type A flu. However, Elijah was not able to keep meds down, and we got referred to Lovelace ER. These folks took us in pretty quick. The staff was excellent. They calmed both the child and his father down and played with Elijah to make him comfortable. We received outstanding care from the great staff. Would highly recommend

The best place in the entire county to get care! I have visited this ER thrice, and all three times, I have been treated very well. I have been in the field for more than three decades and have visited some of the big daddies in this field and trust me, Lovelace is a very good hospital. The wait time is minimal. The staff is very friendly and professional right from registration to triage nurse, to docs and nurses. There are a few hospitals closer to my place, but I do not mind the drive, because I know that I would get the best care here

Had a very bad hospital experience during my last visit to this ER. My son was having a fever and pulling his ears, but the doctor was not able to diagnose his double ear infection. He diagnosed him with something totally unrelated. Not satisfied, I visited the nearest Urgent Care where a nurse practitioner was able to diagnose it within seconds. Highly recommend visiting somewhere else if you want genuine care and better service.
