I would like to call Lovelace Medical Center my new medical care bestie. I am new in this locality and till now I was hunting for a hospital that would suit my medical needs. And lo! Here I have found it.

They are good in all aspects – they have great medical facilities, the staff shows genuine care for the patients and they accept insurance without any fuss. I have been here thrice and not even once I have faced any issues, especially in the billing. No hidden charges, no fraudulent billing services and things of that sort.

This is a hospital here but I love my visits here. They make my otherwise not so good day, better.

I have been here 5 times and every time I come here, my greatest fear is to talk to the ER receptionist. She is rude and short tempered. This chubby lady doesn’t know how to treat her clients right and thinks she is the owner of the hospital.

She has not only misbehaved with me but also with many others. I don’t know why she does that! The management should do something about it. I have stopped going to Lovelace because of her.

My review is on their neuro department.

The staff at Neuro is the best and provide you with amazing care. You needn’t worry about anything if they are with you. They really helped me with my recent hospitalization and I cherish them for what they have been to me.

If you need help with your neuro issues, this is exactly where you should come.

I would not advise anyone to go here unless they are super sick and this place is their only option. And if you are sick, you get an edge over the others because they look into your case real quick but if you need help with some minor stuff, they don’t care at all about you.

And the worst part – they heavily charge you for parking!

Endangering people’s lives is the priority of people who work here. They are reckless in their behavior and careless in what they do. All they think about is money and their own pay checks.

Rest, what happens to their patients is none of their concern. They do things as they like and they don’t even check if what they have done is right or wrong or if they have messed up something in haste.

Please stay away from this place.
