I had a wonderful experience at Lone Peak Surgery Center. I underwent a stomach scope there (I guess it is called EDG). The whole wait for the procedure was nerve-wracking. However, the staff ensured that all my concerns and doubts were cleared before the surgery. The doctor who was supposed to do the procedure explained everything in detail and how it was a part of the treatment process. The doctor and nurses were warm, fabulous, and compassionate. The procedure was started on time and completed as per schedule. A great experience. I would recommend this surgery center for any procedure

Had to make a quick visit to the ER after my wife ended up slipping on a wet floor and cut her hand in the process. Upon arrival, Angie was immediately taken in and got to see the doctor after maybe five minutes of wait time. The wound was cleaned, and the doctor did the stitches in a jiffy. Everyone who we interacted with was nice. The hospital was a neat place. All in all, a good experience. Though not planning to come back soon, we know that there is a wonderful hospital that would take care of us in an emergency.

Guys, please stop sending me bills 18 months after I sought care. My insurance has paid you everything. There are no dues left.

I had the misfortune of visiting this dump for an infected toe. Though these idiots could not clear my infection, they billed me hundreds of dollars. My insurance paid off the amount completely, and the hospital also gave a letter stating that the due were cleared. However, four months after the letter, they started sending me the bills again stating that there was some error and the billed amount was incorrect and I still had a few hundreds of dollars due. I tried explaining to them, but these people simply refused to understand. They say okay, but two months later, the whole process starts again. I am planning to talk with my attorney on taking legal action against them.
