Things cannot get messier than this. There is a complete breakdown of the communication between the hospital personnel and between the hospital personnel and patients. The hospital administration sucks, and so does the doctors and the nurses. They are least bothered about the care of the patients. For them, it is “I and me” first rather than the patients. I was being seen by a doctor when he suddenly got a call, and he walked off without saying anything to the staff or me. My care was left incomplete. After waiting for an hour, I informed the nurse about this, and she was like, “Hmmm…you can wait in the room, we will try to get another doctor.” When asked what if they could not find a doctor, she said, “Come tomorrow and complete the care.” I could not believe what I heard.

I left the hospital against medical advice. No point in seeking treatment at a place where the doctor just walks off in between the consultation never to return back. Won’t recommend it to even my worst enemy.

I'm traveling from Austria. I ended up getting an infected toe. I was told about this hospital by my hotel staff. I walk in, the ER was deserted, so there was no wait time. I was triaged and the doctor saw me within a matter of seconds. He looked at the wound, lanced off the infected white top and bandaged the wound. I was asked to fill the script of antibiotics and a low-strength Motrin for pain relief. I haven't experienced this type of service, even in Austria. Thank you.

These folks are great. I went into the hospital with serious pain, and a few hours later, I was walking out feeling much better. It was a Saturday night, so was not sure if I would be given proper care. I was in for a pleasant surprise. They took excellent care of me. The nurses and doctors were great, and seemed to care for me genuinely. Not only did they treat me with care, but my BF was also taken good care of

Kingsbrook Hospital has very polite staff. They have a slightly longer wait time when compared to other hospitals in the area. However, the doctors and nurses make sure that you are taken good care of. I was in the ER and had to wait in the ER for a considerable time. However, I was seen by a wonderful doctor who made me understand what my problem was and how to treat it and ways and means to avoid recurrence.

The way I was treated took away all the bitterness of waiting for a long time. Won’t hesitate to return
