Kensington Hospital is a disgrace for the state of Pennsylvania. These b******s do not how to provide appropriate care. Cleanliness is a mirage when it comes to this place. Besides lack of cleanliness, things get stolen under your nose. I had an overnight stay and had kept my glasses on a nearby table. When I woke up the next morning, the glasses were gone. The nurse feigned complete ignorance about it. The care was also virtually non-existent. I had to visit another hospital, which offered me proper care. WON’T BE BACK AT ALL

I had taken my son to this place for a dental emergency. He received very good care from the staff. They treated my son with respect and helped him understand the nature of his problem and how he could help prevent its recurrence. The fact that my son was smiling after the visit showed that he liked the visit very much. Thank you, Kensington, for treating my son well.

This is one helluva hospital for detox. They are not judgmental. The care provided is excellent, and thanks to them, I am free of all negative things that had plagued my life for long. I would recommend this hospital for detox purposes.

I had a terrible experience while visiting the ER. The wait time for a medical emergency was inexplicable. I had a bleeding face, and these folks did not take any step to help me stabilize while waiting for the doctor. I had to keep a piece of cloth to control the bleeding. Once the doctor saw me, he ordered butterfly bandages. Though I am not a doctor, I do know for a fact that such a deep wound needed stitches. When I pointed it out, the doctor grudgingly accepted his mistake and then did stitches. Will never return

My mother had to visit the ER after a spiking fever. They treated her with respect. The staff did not make her wait for long and saw her in a quick time. The doctor was a graceful lady who did not rush my mother through. She was patient and heard my mother out. She did a thorough evaluation and then proceeded to treat her. My mother had to be admitted for two days. The care she received on the floor was also great. Thank you, folks, for taking good care of my mother
