I had recently gone to Kaweah Delta Medical Center and was amazed by the care provided. My fiancée was admitted here for a week, and they took great care of her. We saw the doctor maybe twice during the stay, but that was understandable as the place was packed with patients. However, the nurses and PA who checked on Angie regularly were very knowledgeable and kept us updated with regards to her health. The doctor was also a very gentle soul whose soothing voice calmed us down. He was highly knowledgeable and told us what happened to Angie and how to take care in the future. The discharge process was also smooth. Very pleased with the care we got here. I will not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hospital

Absolutely disgusting!!!! These guys suck. I had slipped down the stairs and could easily make out that my leg was broken. Even the EMT could tell very easily that my leg was broken. The ambulance takes me to KDMC since it was the closest to my place. The nurses check me in quickly, and then I was made to wait for nearly five hours before a doctor saw me. Five hours after a fracture…are these guys blind to not see that it was a real emergency? What was more insulting was that a nurse had the gumption to say that I was doing this for getting some free pain meds. Lady, if I wanted to get pain meds, I would have complained of stomachache or something else, not break my leg… the doctor was no better…he had one look and said it is not a break and sent me packing. My wife drove me to another hospital in Fresno, where I was diagnosed with a fracture which needed surgery. Will not step into KDMC again!

This is a good hospital which provides exceptional quality of care. Mind you, it is always busy, so if you come thinking that this would be a calm and quiet ER, then this certainly is not the place. Despite the ER being always full, the nurses and doctors never shy away from treating their patients with the required care. I had visited the hospital with chest pain, and the doctor saw me in less than 15 minutes (maybe due to my complaint). Everything worked like a well-oiled machine. The doctor sees me, sends me for a few tests, the lab gets the test done quickly, the doctor sees the results and updates me. Give appropriate treatment, and I am on my way. Very satisfied. I would be back if the need arises
