KP Sac has got some of the nicest people on their rolls. The doctors are great and very competent, and nurses very friendly. After much troubles with my foot, I was finally able to visit a podiatrist at KP Sac. He is excellent. He handled my problem very professionally, and three months down the line, I do not have any pain in my foot. I am happy that I switched my care to KP. They provided excellent service to my parents also. Much better than Sutter and even Medicare. Wonderful and compassionate people

I recently shifted to Morse Avenue, Sacramento, to be near to my parents. When I inquired with the people about the medical facilities, all had one thing to say, “go anywhere, but Kaiser.” Did not know why, but my visit to the ER last week helped me in getting the answers.

I was having a high fever and severe cramps in my stomach. I called them up and was told to come down to the ER for an IV. I drive down and get into the hospital. I am met by a very rude front desk who was shouting instead of talking with people. The intake nurse was also somewhat rude. After a reasonable waiting period, I am taken back, and an IV line is set up. The only issue, it is not a private room. I could hear every groan. Moreover, the nurses who took the details were very loud and thanks to them, everybody knows my name and age as well as why I came here…Privacy was not a concern here.

A blood test was done, and things are normal. The IV is complete, and I am discharged. No doctor came to see me, and nobody told me why I was having this problem in the first place. No wonder people are not happy with the hospital!!!

Father’s day was not so pleasant one for me. While playing with my son, I had a fall, and I straight away felt some problem with my foot, was not able to keep it down. My wife drives me down to this ER. I was fourth in line, and within 30 minutes I am called in. The doctor thoroughly evaluates me, and I am sent for x-rays. The x-ray shows a clear break in my foot. A referral was set up by the doctor with a podiatrist in five days. In the meantime, they put me in a hard sling, and I am on my way. Total time spent here, 3.5 hours.

Even though this facility is old and always packed and desperately needs renovation, the staff is very polite and accommodating. They are very efficient and professional

Horrible service! Everything about this place sucks big time. Bathrooms are filthy. They do not offer wheelchairs to the needy. In short, a fu*&^ng shithole…cannot call it a hospital. The ER doctor and nurse were the rudest people I could come across. Compassion, empathy, professionalism, and competence is something which these idiots have not heard of. They were horrible. I am a lucky person as I could come out alive from this shithole! AVOID IT

My father was playing golf when he had a TIA and was rushed here via an ambulance. By the time I got here, my dad had already reached and was lying on a gurney. A neurologist came and held a detailed discussion with us and discussed the way forward. While we were talking with the neurologist, an IV was being set up, and preparations began for a CT of the brain. He was in the hospital for nearly a fortnight, and we did not face any issues on any front. Amazing and incredible care. So glad that we have Kaiser as our insurance provider.

Staff at KP Sacramento sure do know how to make a sad and uncomfortable experience, a pleasant and comfortable one. I do not want to get into any details, but I would say I was under the care of one of the most professional and competent teams that I have come across! Everything was handled wonderfully and to my satisfaction.
