I had a horrible experience at this place. I am a Kaiser member and usually have excellent experience wherever I went. However, this visit was awful all thanks to one nurse called Nancy. Before meeting this person, my visit was going very well.

I had come for a drug screen. Nancy was grumpy. One could make out that she had a long and rough day, but it does not give her the license to take out her anger on me. During the whole visit, I could not see her smile even once. Moreover, her grumpiness did not stop her from going around the town stating that I have a “shy pee.”

I was so happy when the whole ordeal was over. I could not stop myself from going up to Nancy and saying, “You know what, people like you should not be in this profession. People like you are a disgrace to the entire profession.” The very sight of her fuming and staring at me made my day…

That said, I do not think I will be coming here as long as this b*&^h is here.

My experience at KP South Sac could not have been any better. The male nurse who saw me while I was in the ER was the best nurse I have come across. I was seven months pregnant, and unfortunately, things were not moving very quickly. He kept on checking with me and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire period.

The doctor was also a nice professional who apologized for making me wait for so long. He had excellent bedside manners, as well as a beaming smile.

He provided excellent care and also congratulated me in advance and said I would be a great mother. That was appreciated. If you exclude the waiting time, I have the best experience here

The nurses and the doctors at KP South Sacramento are the best. They know how to deal with the patient and how to address their concerns to their satisfaction.

I had to visit the hospital after I was having severe stomach pain and was pooping blood. The nurse took me in immediately and made sure I was seen by the doctor ASAP, despite there being a rush. Necessary tests were done. The problem – cysts in the stomach. An appointment was set up two days later with a specialist and a day later, I underwent a successful surgery

I was admitted for three days and did not get even a chance to make any complaint. The nurses were caring, friendly, and very competent. The doctors were very knowledgeable and explained what had happened and why it happened and what has to been done to address it.

Very satisfied with the care I got here
