This review is for the flu shot clinic of Kaiser. A few days back, Kaiser sent me an email which stated that I could get the flu shot at their clinic. I went there. Everything was easy-peasy. All I needed to do was give my info on a paper, and then wait. After a wait of nearly 25 minutes, I was called in, the shot administered, and I was walking out in less than 45 minutes. Things can get very busy, so one has to have the patience to wait for their chance.

Trust me, you will not be waiting for too long because the line moves very quickly

The doctors at Kaiser did not even evaluate my mother properly. Because if they had, then they could have easily seen the four blocked vessels in her heart.

I have a medical background and know that the vessels do not get clogged in days. It takes months, if not years for a vessel to get blocked. The so-called “medical experts” at Kaiser did not order any scans or tests to determine what caused my mother's heart attack. They had the gumption to admit her for observation and then discharge her the next day morning without conducting any tests.

I could make out that my mother was not well and took her to a nearby hospital where the doctors found four blocked vessels and ordered immediate surgery. Thanks to these wonderful folks, my mother is still alive. If I had believed the doctors at Kaiser, I would have been grieving at my mother’s tomb.

STAY AWAY

A quick trip to the ER turned out to be an enjoyable experience. The nurses and the doctor were beautiful people who had excellent bedside manners. The doctor did not rush through my care. She had the patience to hear me out, ordered tests, explained results when they became available, and prepared a treatment plan, which included my suggestions.

Very happy with the treatment and service I got here. Very Impressed. The wait time in the ER is also reasonable
