My daughter underwent an outpatient surgery at this place past May. We are very pleased with the way things went, and the professionalism showed by the doctors and the staff. The team updated me regularly. Once the surgery was done, the postop care was also wonderful. The surgeon came back to check on Abbi after the anesthesia wore off

While being discharged, clear instructions were given on how to care for her.

The hospital is spotless and has positive vibes. In the lobby, you can get complimentary spa water as well as coffee. Parking was a smooth affair. The hospital signage was clear and easy to read.

Thankful that I was able to bring my daughter to this place

My father had undergone a Whipple procedure here. We do not have issues with the surgery itself, and the doctor and the one nurse were excellent and knew what was happening and what needs to be done.

The rest of the nurses can be called a bunch of fools. They have no idea of how to handle a situation. Once in the operating room, the machine did not work, and I could see the nurses running like headless chickens, having no idea of what to do. A senior nurse finally got the machine to work by a simple act of covering it when in use.

This shitty behavior was repeated several times during our stay here. More offending was the fact that the nurses were least bothered about providing appropriate care. Even if the machine beeped for more than an hour, these idiots were least bothered.

I did not see any nurses in the room when he called for a nurse. Worst care that a patient could have. My father was not able to catch a wink due to pain as well as the machine. I requested a discharge in the morning and admitted him to another hospital for proper rest and care. Very disgusting. A fit case for getting shuttered.

My family recently switched our care from Sutter to Kaiser, and we are so pleased that we did so. My family members had to visit the ER, an OR, as well as a specialist and we have had wonderful experiences so far.

The latest visit was yesterday when we had to visit the hospital after my teenage son twisted his finger and passed out; in the process hitting his head on the table. The ER team was very friendly. They saw Joseph right away. The staff and the doctors were funny, friendly, and knew how to address the problem. It was a very pleasant experience.
