I have visited this hospital for various reasons over the past few years. Every time I visited the hospital, I was treated very well. The quality of care has been of the highest standards. The staff is courteous, caring, and very professional. My family is a regular here, and they also have been treated very well. Thank you, everyone, for treating us like human beings and taking good care of us. All those whom we have interacted over the years would always be in our prayers

This Kaiser hospital helped us in delivering our baby. They were with us from day one till Chrissy was born. They treated my wife with care and guided us through the process as this was our first child. They were professional and provided reasonable care. During the entire process, we never felt they were neglecting us. This hospital provided excellent birthing experience. Would be very happy to recommend this hospital to all mothers-to-be

Got one of the worst customer services ever. If you can, then please avoid getting on to their insurance. I wanted to have a confirmation call from their clinic for certain vaccines. I had been calling them for the past week with no luck. An understaffed and unorganized organization. The call center reps are very rude and do not even have the courtesy to call back even after promising to do so. No wonder American healthcare is in the doldrums.

I had visited the hospital for chest pains. These idiots made me wait for nearly five hours, and still, I could not see the doctor. I asked the nurse how much longer, and she said she had no clue. The only thing she knew was that there were nearly ten people in front of me. I could not take it any longer and left after informing the nurse. Never thought chest pain would not be considered a serious emergency issue.

Amazing nurses and doctors on the 4th floor 41. My nephew was admitted here for a month, and they took amazing care of him. They were polite, kind, and loving. They were very professional and highly knowledgeable. A great team!! Thank you
