I have been a patient of this place since my family shifted here from Oregon. I have always been treated very well, and so has been my family. I am 50 now, and I can say with pride that I have never faced any type of issues at this place. I have used various facilities here and always had an enjoyable experience. My extended family is also a part of this group, and even they have not faced problems here.

The doctors, nurses, support services, and the volunteers are very helpful, friendly, warm, and courteous. The medical team is very professional and does not hesitate to take any tough decision if it would help in recovery.
I would continue seeking care from this hospital

I had a sort of weird experience. I had set up an appointment with my new doctor. I provided my entire set of medical papers from all the previous providers. The doctor was very nonchalant and told very bluntly that she did not have time to go through all the documents and wanted me to describe all my problems to her in a short and quick manner.

I was left shocked. How can I tell her all my problems within a short period? I have no idea about all the medical terms and terminologies. Moreover, as I was speaking, she seemed very disinterested and was looking at her watch.

Felt very disappointed and told her frankly that I did not wish to avail her services as I was not sure if she could do justice to me. She seemed least perturbed and said, “okay.”

I will not recommend Kaiser to anyone

This is a very dated review for an event that happened in 2018. I had visited this hospital for a minor procedure. I was pleasantly surprised by the way these people treated me. They did not discriminate me and were very helpful. The anesthesiologist and the surgeon made sure that I knew everything before undergoing the procedure. The procedure went off without hiccups. The postop phase was also excellent. Highly impressed with the care I received

I was scheduled for an appointment, and the doctor was running late. However, I did not feel I should leave as her staff always kept me updated. They ensured that I did not face any problem while I was waiting. The doctor came two hours late and apologized for the long delay. What impressed me was that she did not rush through my evaluation. She heard me out patiently, ordered some tests, and when the results came, explained it and then designed a treatment plan which included my inputs.

Very happy with the services that I got here
