Worst experience EVER! One of the ridiculous hospitals in the entire state of VA. These ba*****s are fu****g rude and least bothered about doing their job. The worst treatment is set aside for people in pain. If you visit the place in pain, then immediately you are considered dope head. There have been numerous cases of wrong diagnoses. They are least bothered about what you have…they will only treat you for what they think you have…I have been their victim twice, and it was sheer coincidence that I survived twice. It is high time that the hospital management steps in and fixes up the mess lest it is shut down.

My son Josh had a sinus infection, and we brought him to the ER. What does the stupid nurse do…asks him to remove his shirt and give urine sample…Urine sample for sinus? Might be a new technique developed by these dickheads. I told the nurse, “he ain’t taking off his clothes, and he ain’t giving a urine sample.” Guess how the nurse took her revenge. She made us wait for nearly four hours while allowing others to be seen. After four hours, I just went and told the nurse, “f**k you a****le,” and left the hospital. Not planning to go back. A close family member had a surgery scheduled here, and I convinced her to get it done elsewhere…I will not sit quietly. Will publicize what the nurse did to us….

There are much better hospitals than this shithole…

Life can throw a curveball, and it hits you at the most unexpected time. I was getting ready for a month-long vacay to Europe. Just three days before I was supposed to leave, I was down with a sudden fever and ended up visiting this ER. Once in the ER, I was admitted to the ICU as the doctor wanted to run a few tests, and my breathing was becoming shallower. After a week-long stay, I was discharged. The care which I got at this place was superb. Everybody whom I encountered was professional and seemed to have a genuine care for me. The staff, both medical and support, as well as the administration, were responsive and caring. The doctors who treated me were highly professional and very knowledgeable. All of you would be in my prayers

One of the kindest and friendliest ER team that I have ever come across. They are caring and treat you like a human being and not just another number. They did an excellent job with me, and I have no hesitation in returning if I need any medical care

Entered the ER late at night, thinking that I might not be seen. But the ER took me in very quickly and then back to the room within minutes. The doc saw me and sent me to diagnostics within 30 minutes. The tests were negative, and the doc made an appropriate diagnosis and gave a treatment plan, and I was out of the ER in two hours. The best care that I could ever get. The nurse was very friendly and jovial. The doctor had excellent bedside manners and had the patience to listen to me and then take further action. Very pleased with the service. Would return if the need arises
