Disgusting hideous environment. The staff is completely clueless about the happenings in the hospital. They treated me so shoddily that I think I am lucky enough to be alive. These buffoons gave me a drug that nearly caused me a stroke. Worse, they took me off of my panic meds, something which I was on for the last ten years without informing my doctor or me. I came to know about the change only when I went to see my doc due to a flare-up of my panic symptoms. I am planning to approach a lawyer for filing a lawsuit against the doctor who took this decision.

Shameless b*****d!!!!

When my sister slipped at her home, we decided that she needed expert care and shifted her to John Dempsey Hospital. We had a fantastic hospital experience there. Susie was brought to the ER where she was attended to by a group of young, caring, and energetic staff of nurses, ER doctors, orthopedic surgeons, aides, and more. She was placed in a very big and clean room. The nurses' station was accessible, and most importantly, the staff was open and accessible. It did not matter what time of the day it was, you have an issue, you can approach them, and they would help you.

Whenever the doctors and nurses came, they were very friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions that either Susie or Ron or I had. They made an effort to listen to us very patiently and then answer the questions. Their examinations, as well as attention to detail, was outstanding. The most important thing was that they answered in simple plain English, which helped us understand the situation. Very happy with the service we got at this place

My uncle had been a patient here a few weeks back, and he could not stop talking about the excellent care that he got here. He told us how wonderful the entire team was and how they were willing to walk that extra mile to ensure that he was comfortable and received great care. They never left him alone, and whenever they met him, they treated him with the utmost respect and as if he was the only fellow in the hospital. Thanks, John Dempsey for treating my uncle well

Great service…excellent staff. That effectively sums up my experience at this wonderful institution. I was treated well, and I have no complaints either with the staff or the quality of care. Will definitely keep this institution in mind in case I need any further medical assistance.
