I do not know how to review this…

My aunt was admitted here for a surgery past weekend. My dad calls up the hospital hoping to inquire about her status. The lady who answered the call has no idea about the patient and says, she will get back soon. A few minutes later, my dad gets a call, and it is the lady from the hospital reception. She thought she was calling the OR. My dad points out the mistake, and she apologizes and hangs up. In the evening, my dad calls the hospital again, wanting to know the status of my aunt. This time the lady goes, wakes up my aunt and puts her on the line. My aunt, drowsy from the meds, blabbers something and gives the phone back to the lady. All the lady needed to do was check out the patient, and say she is doing fine, but asleep right now. We would have understood. We sincerely pray that the nurses and the doctors who are looking after her are much better than the lady working in reception.

On any other day, getting treated here is a breeze. You do not have to worry about anything. But today was something different. Something totally unexpected, at least for me. I saw the ER doctor and was sent to the lab for a blood draw. I reach the lab and am told to wait for some time. I meet the tech again after an hour, who says that there are three patients in front, and my turn would come soon. I agree to wait. In the meantime, the tech is replaced by another guy. I wait for an hour more and then approach the tech who says I am not present in the system and the doctor has to do something about. I go to the doctor again, who says I am in the system. I got tossed around like a football. Fed up, I decided to leave.

This visit has certainly left a bad taste in the mouth, and I sincerely hope that this is an exception and a one-off case.

One of the best ever experiences that I got in a hospital. Awesome doctors and excellent staff. The hospital has got a friendly vibe and it reflects on the people working there. The hospital was spotless. I was inpatient for a few days and have seen different shifts; all of them were very good and gave due respect to me. These folks did not give me any chance to complain at all. I highly recommend this IU facility for all your medical needs

I visit this facility because my entire medical team, starting from my PCP to specialists are here. The hospital has got very professional staff who are ready to go way above and beyond to ensure that the patient gets good quality care. The nurse and the doctors are outstanding, and so are the techs in the Diagnostics Lab. What I liked the most about this facility is that the staff does not mind in communicating with you. I always get updates if there is any visit due or even call back if I have some doubts. They ensure that you are not left high and dry. It is something which is sorely missing in many hospitals. Highly recommended

An amazing place. They provide great care and do not give a chance to complain. My wife was admitted here, and we have nothing but praises for the team who looked after her. The surgeon was great, and the nurses who took care after the surgery were also excellent. Wonderful people who take excellent care of patients. So glad we sought treatment here.
