Took my father there for sudden severe chest pain. The front desk lady was helpful, but that was the only nice thing that could happen to us during the visit. Waited for more than 90 minutes to get checked in and another three hours to be taken back to the room. The evaluation lasted a few minutes, and the PA dismissed my father, stating it was nothing.

Went to a nearby hospital where tests revealed that he had suffered a mild heart attack. Won’t step back into Methodist Hospital again.

I had come across negative reviews about this hospital on various forums, but have had a very different experience when I visited this place. My brother was involved in a major accident and was very serious. The doctors and nurses were exceptional. They tended to my brother very quickly, and before long, he was undergoing emergency surgery. Things moved like a well-oiled machine here. Josh received exceptional care, and that is what matters to me.

I was a firm supporter of this hospital and even fought with my girlfriend when she said the ER was absolutely ridiculous. Well, as always, she was right. Last week, I rushed to this hospital after suffering a deep gash on my hand. I hoped it would be a quick visit. Boy, was I wrong? The staff was so slow to react to the situation. It took them ages to get me in. Once checked in, I had to spend another hour for the doctor to show up. All he did after seeing me was order some butterfly bandages. I was shocked.

I am not a medical guy, but I do know that the wound I had did require stitches. My outburst made them change and stitch me up. This visit has left me shocked. I am not sure if I would revisit this hospital.

Terrible experience at this hospital. The ER nurse and the doctor were total idiots and did not know what they were doing. Never seen such incompetence.

My mother underwent a right lung transplant at Methodist in February. She received nothing but exceptional care from the staff. They took excellent care of her and ensured that she was comfortable during her stay here. The nurses and the aides even helped her in washing her hair. Thank you, folks, for taking wonderful care of my mother

I was admitted to this hospital for a week. The medical team and the support staff was terrific and took great care of me. These people did not give me even a single chance to complain. Always smiling and ever ready to extend a helping hand. Won’t hesitate to seek care if the need arises
