This hospital should be shut down.

I visited this hospital with a friend and she was turned away for lack of insurance. The staff is very rude, and they hate seeing patients because it disturbs them from whiling away time. My friend had a medical emergency, and I drove her to this shithole. The nurse was not too pleased to see us. He tried to turn us away saying he was busy when it was a deserted ER. When we went to the supervisor, he had the gumption of calling us liars because we complained against him to the supervisor. After being admonished by the supervisor, he very reluctantly took my friend in and then discharged her after making her sit for two hours for "lack of insurance."

The funny part, she has insurance and was seen in this hospital three days back for a completely unrelated matter, and her insurance was accepted. The nurse just did not have the enthusiasm or the energy to look up whether she had insurance or not — completely unjustifiable action.

We are mulling various options, including legal action.

I always drove by this hospital, seeking my care at some other hospital. However a month back, I had a severe toothache and had to use the services of the ER. The staff was good, and they gave me a painkiller and got me an appointment with the dentist. The dentist was a nice person and had excellent manners and immediately put me at ease. Coming to the hospital, it is very modern and much cleaner than some of its counterparts. I have decided to shift my care to this hospital

Affordable care…that is how I would describe Interfaith Medical Center. The ER’s pretty packed at any given day and one does not end up seeing the same doctor again. But there is enough movement and one does not have to wait for too long. I was seen by a zombie oral surgeon. He was clearly exhausted, but then that did not affect the quality of care.

One of the best hospital in this part of the woods. The nurses and doctors are very caring. They are very professional. Yes, there are few rotten apples, but then which hospital does not have them. I am regular here, and I have never encountered any major issues until now. I respect them, and they respect me. I think that is the key to having a good hospital experience in any hospital. Thank you!! God Bless
