Integris Southwest Medical Center is a beautiful hospital. The hospital has got a warm vibe to it. My family has been coming to this wonderful place for many years now since our doctors are located here. The best thing about this place is we can see the doctors as well as get all the necessary tests done in one place which helps a lot in saving money and time. We highly recommend the doctors working here!! They listen to every single concern of ours and do not rush through the care. My family highly recommends Integris Southwest Medical Center!

These people nearly killed me due to a lack of communication between them.

I had to visit the hospital after I started feeling dizzy, was unable to comprehend things, and was seeing spots. The staff was amiable and took every single effort to make me comfortable while they were running the tests.

I had informed the admitting nurse that I have an allergy to dyes and contrasts and that I get stuffy and have difficulty breathing if I am given dye or contrast. She listened and nodded her understanding.

While I was being administered the CT, I asked the tech whether it was a “with contrast” or “without contrast” scan. Just as I had imagined, it was “with contrast.” I declined to undergo the test and wanted to question the doctor about the same. What does he do, he tried to pin the entire blame on me and said that I should have told him…I think the admitting nurses note down all allergies and duly informs the concerned doctors….

I decided that I could not take a chance with my life while I am here and decided to leave AMA.

This is one incredible hospital that is being run by an incredible team of doctors and nurses as well as support services. The staff is very friendly and for sure go out of their way to make sure that you get the best possible care and are comfortable during the time you are here.

The staff is very caring, courteous, friendly, very professional, and highly knowledgeable. The doctors do not hesitate to talk with the patients and explain things in simple language. I had a bad fall and visited the ED, and I was asked to get an x-ray.

I was not able to get into a proper position to get a clear image. The tech understood my problem and ensured that I was comfortable during the x-ray and that my comfort did not affect the quality of the image. Hats off to you, fella
