My son was down with jaundice and was advised to get admitted at Integris Baptist Hospital ER. The medical staff did not allow me to stay back, assuring me that my son would be taken care off. I went home with a heavy heart and was back at the hospital at the crack of dawn. When I met him, he was singing paeans of the staff. According to him, they never made him feel he was alone and took excellent care of him. His jaundice came down in two days, and he was cleared for discharge. I want to thank every single staff member who took wonderful care of him. A special thanks to Dr. V (not able to spell her a rather long name) for being there for my son. She is a rock star amongst the patients. Seeing the quality of care and professionalism of the staff members, I have decided to address all my healthcare needs at this wonderful hospital. Thank you!

Avoid this hospital. They do not treat their patients well.

A month back, I was diagnosed with severe bronchitis, pneumonia, as well as laryngitis. The funny part was they never checked me. A doctor asked me a simple question which I was not able to answer loudly due to severe throat pain. This guy, who spent his precious one minute in my room, walks off. A nurse comes, gives me a prescription totaling $400... Even my vitals were not checked. Do not know how the hospital is being run. I am also not sure if the doctor who saw me was even a genuine doctor.

I had to go to another ER to get appropriate treatment for what turned out to be a simple case of laryngitis. Won’t come here again.

Had to take a trip to Baptist ER two nights back with my husband after we met with an accident. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with the way we were taken care of. The entire ER staff was out there to help us calm down. Our wounds were cleaned and stitched up. My husband had to undergo additional scans to check if there were any fractures. We were given all-clear after three hours. We were even offered a drive back to our home. Could not thank them enough.

Super impressed and completely bowled over by the level of competence and quality of care at Baptist Hospital. My mother was in the ICU for nearly a week, and she received excellent care. The ICU team of aides, nurses and doctors have been attentive, caring, and very helpful. DO not want to take names, but every single individual has been outstanding. The level of care definitely exceeded our expectations!

Hate writing reviews, much less for hospitals. But made an exception for this wonderful hospital because it went way beyond its call of duty and was not just interested in encashing my check. Integris Baptist Hospital employs the best medical staff and doctors who genuinely care about the wellbeing of their patients. They are interested in curing the patient more than having a pint at the local bar or playing a round of golf. The hospital facilities were also up to the mark. The waiting rooms are clean and also boasts of well stocked up snacks counter. The patient rooms are also very clean, and the medical staff is very friendly. Integris Baptist also has therapy dogs for making patients feel a little better. Overall, a top-notch hospital.
