Nurses at this hospital do follow some of the most dangerous practices, especially when it comes to healthcare. I have been at this place quite a few times, and I never have, I repeat NEVER seen them using the hand sanitizer. They just fake it. The restroom also does not have a supply of hot water for washing the hands. I am shocked at how this hospital has been safe from an epidemic. I wanted to report this to the hospital administrators, but I was not able to meet anyone. The staff does not know where the hospital administrator is. Thankfully, I do not seek medical care here. And after seeing how the staff is faking things, I do not think I would be seeking care here anytime soon.

I had taken my dad to the Physical Rehabilitation Clinic for getting an EMG performed on his legs. He was shit scared and not ready for the test. The doctor who did the test, Dr. S. Kim did an exceptional job in not only calming him down but also making him ready for the test. The test went off smoothly with the least amount of pain possible. Commend Dr. Kim for the wonderful professionalism and appealing bedside manner. Highly recommended.

The staff at this place is very caring and would go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. I needed some lab work and took an appointment beforehand. I reach the hospital on the due date and end up parking in the wrong parking lot – blue parking lot. I was in for a pleasant shock when I was escorted to the lab for my lab work. The staff did not ask me to follow the signs. Once the lab work was completed, I was walked back to the parking lot lest I end up somewhere else.

I was very touched by this gesture. God bless y’all.

Thoroughly impressed with the ER and the staff who manage it. The doctor and the nurse who treated me were kind and ensured that I was comfortable during my stay here. The only major thing I had was that it was public triage. However, the nurse ensured that all the questions were directed to me in a very low voice so that others do not hear the questions and its answers. It is not a complaint, just a concern…
