Best hospital, best care, and the best staff! I have been visiting this hospital for the last three years and have never had any bad experience here. The staff has treated me with respect. They are professional, attentive, and courteous. I am satisfied with the care that I have got here. Will return for any medical need that arises.

I had a very horrible hospital experience here. The treatment was non-existent. The only healthcare professional I saw during the 12 hours that I spent here was the nurse who came to take my vitals. I had gone to the ER after being involved in an accident and was having severe pain in my legs and hand. I kept on asking the nurse when a doctor would come to see me. She had no clue, and when it was her time to go, she coolly walked off. I waited in the ER for some more time and then left AMA. Could not handle the disrespect. I visited UM Hospital, where I was treated in a prompt fashion. Won’t be coming back to Hurley anytime soon.

Visited the Hurley ER after a kitchen accident. The ER nurse was a good lady and took me in immediately. After a wait time of less than 20 minutes, an ER doctor saw me. He was a thorough gentleman and had excellent bedside manners. He did a thorough evaluation, diagnosed me and then wrote me medicines. The total time spent in the ER was less than an hour. This hospital will be in consideration if any future medical need arises.
