I had to visit the Huntington Beach Hospital Emergency Room after an old ailment flared up, and I was in severe pain. It was 2:30 AM when I reached the ER. Despite this odd hour, the care which I got was terrific. The ER nurse took me in immediately, and then after a five-minute wait, I was taken back to the room where a wonderful doctor was waiting for me.

She had excellent bedside manners and promptly got down to the task. The care and kindness which the nurse and doctor showered on me was fantastic and just blew me away. The ailment was taken care of, and by 7:00 AM, I was walking back to my car.

Thank you, everyone, for taking excellent care of me

The staff and the doctors in this ER rock!!! They won’t hesitate to get their A-game on even during the night and especially when it concerns a child.

My-three-year old child had to be brought here after his upper respiratory infection worsened. The doctor who saw him was excellent. He was thoughtful and friendly to Jack. The doctor prescribed appropriate medicines, and we were on our way within two hours. The care and attention which was showered on my child were so good that he could not stop talking about them for a week. Definitely a great experience. I will come back here for any need and also highly recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you

My first visit to this place and I could not stop raving about the care which I got here. I had come to this ER after a motorcycle accident left me severely injured. My friends brought me in a semi-conscious state. The ER trauma team got down to task ASAP, and all my wounds and lacerations were cleaned. Imaging was ordered which showed a comminuted fracture on my elbow and knee which required surgical repair.

I ended up staying in this hospital for nearly two weeks, and I received the best possible care that I could get. Very satisfied with the way these people treated me.

I can say that I have had what could be called the worst possible care in the ER. The doctor was an exceptional fella and had excellent bedside manners. The nurses, OTOH, were very rude and did not know how to talk with patients. One could not stop shouting at patients, and another one did not know how to answer properly.

Even though the doctor’s behavior was right, it cannot mask over the atrocious and rude behavior of the nurses. I will have to think long and hard before planning to come back!!!
