Billing department SUCKS. I was admitted for infection and resultant fever. I am covered under two insurance policies, which I intimated to the front desk beforehand. So what does the stupid staff of the billing department do? They send me a letter asking me to call up my insurance company and ask them to update the site. Hello - it is your duty to call up the insurance company, verify my details, and submit the claim. They were under the impression that I owned the insurance company. Lazy bums, start working lest the hospital shuts down due to your incompetence.

Highly knowledgeable, compassionate and caring nursing staff at Hudson Hospital. Scheduling the room x-rays, as well as other procedures, are done smoothly and efficiently. Trust me, you will never get such personalized care anywhere in this world. When it comes to offering a superior quality of care, they will beat Abbott Northwestern in Minneapolis or Regions in St Paul hands down.

My wife gave birth to our princess at this hospital a month back. I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude to all those who were involved with the delivery process. They were kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, our princess ended up contracting jaundice and had to stay a bit longer. She also received an exceptional quality of care. I am not able to recall the names, but our family sends the warmest wishes and a big thank you to all of you. This is a wonderful hospital, and we are really happy that we have such an excellent institution in our vicinity. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is on the lookout for a superior quality of care at a reasonable cost.
