Took brother-in-law to Huston Physicians ER with severe pain in the stomach. He was taken in and then back to the room super quick. The triage nurse started him on an IV and meds quickly. The doctor ordered a CT scan and a blood and urine sample. The CT scan was negative. While the techs, nurse and the doctor were exceptional, a special mention for the person who transported him to the lab and then back. He was an exceptional guy. The guy was quick and rushed him to the scan, but my brother-in-law never felt uncomfortable during the ride. He did not even know when he had reached the lab and then was back into the room. Hats off to you, young man. May you achieve all your dreams.

The ER doctors would not care if you died here. For them, Emergency means you should be within a handshake distance of St. Peters; only then would they treat a patient. I had come here with severe pain in my legs, but the doctors did not feel it was an emergency, and I ended up waiting for four hours. Even when I saw the doctor, he just dismissed me with a script for pain meds. No scans, no questions, nothing. Not planning to come back. In terms of a medical emergency, visiting Huston Physicians ER is like inviting Grim Reaper to come and take you with him.

I cannot stand this ER!! I always felt there is a limit to incompetency, but these nincompoops have breached that limit also. The idiots do not know how to handle their patients. Unless you come via an ambulance, bleeding to death, or nearing Pearly Gates, you are the least priority to them.

I visited the ER with a minor injury, which needed some attention, but these bozos made me wait for nearly four hours. I do not f***ing care if other patients may or may not have an emergency. I needed emergent help, but I did not get it here. What if I had clotting issues, would you let me die while waiting to be seen, just because you idiots felt it was not an emergency. Absolutely pathetic. Not planning to seek care here again

My first visit to this ER, and I am very satisfied with the care I received here. It was EXCELLENT. If I am a resident of this area, then this would be my go-to hospital. My uncle and aunt are regulars here, and whenever they visit the hospital, they are treated as if it was their first visit. The staff gives due respect and treat them with dignity and kindness. Could not ask for more!

I visited this hospital once and was seen by a wonderful doctor. He was exceptional. He treated a 75-year-old with enough respect. The doctor gave me a patient hearing and did not mind some ramblings. He was very jovial and did not make me feel nervous. I was able to speak my heart out to him, and he did not rush me. His diagnosis was also to the point, and thanks to his wonderful care, I have not had the reason to go to the hospital or the ER again. Doc, wherever you are, please note that you would always be in my prayers.
