They are great. They know how to deal with patients, especially elderly patients. There is a big difference between this hospital and others. The hospital is fully staffed, has professional and friendly staff and clean and tidy rooms. When a person is professionally qualified and is given the right tools, then it can work wonders. I can safely say that you need not worry if you are in this hospital. You would be taken good care of. It is also HIPAA compliant, so no need to worry about personal information being leaked.

My recent hospital experience at this hospital was pleasant. My PCP referred me for surgery at this hospital. The procedure was scheduled without any hassle, and I had a pretty seamless pre-op check in. I looked at the financial information and was later sent to check my personal information. The nurse assisting me tells all the necessary precautions to be taken on the day before my procedure and day of the procedure. The D-day arrives, I am checked in and undergo the procedure without waiting for long. The procedure was successful. The entire medical team is caring and very helpful. The only irritant is the parking, come early if you want to have a hassle-free parking

This hospital is a mixed bag. Labor and delivery department is the best, but the ER is the worst. The ER team has absolutely no bedside manners. My sister had taken her son to the ER with a bleeding hand. They were made to wait for an hour before being seen in. They cleaned his hand and tried to apply just a gauze. We insisted on stitches as the gauze was likely to fall off very quickly. The nurses did not like this and started behaving rudely. Things calmed down when a doctor came and ordered stitches for the wound. Trust me, I would bring my family for the other sections of this hospital, but would think several times before coming to the ER.
