Houston Methodist West Hospital is the best hospital in the entire state of Texas. I am happy that I decided to get treatment at this hospital. I am highly impressed by the way they cared for their patients. I have been to the emergency room, and despite it being crowded, I did not have wait for long. The nurse and the doctor who saw me never made me feel rushed. They were excellent. A big shout out to them for a job well done. Thank you all for taking good care of me

This hospital sucks. I do not see anything positive. Houston Methodist West used to be an outstanding hospital, but the management which runs this hospital have taken it upon themselves to shutter it down. If the Methodist top management does not step in, then this hospital is enough to bring the operations of the entire chain to a grinding halt. Wake up guys, before it is too late.

Houston Methodist West Hospital ER is the best. I was rushed into this ER following a miscarriage. Upon checking in, the ER team took me in in double quick time. The receptionist, doctor, nurses, the techs were all great. They were sympathetic to me. The wonderful team made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I can say without any hesitation that the staff of Houston Methodist West Hospital really cares for their patients. I would always seek care at this wonderful hospital. I would recommend this hospital and the ER to anyone.

Nothing but extraordinary!!!! That is how I would describe the wonderful team at Houston Methodist West ER team. The receptionist, doctors, and nurses at the ER have been great. They have excellent bedside manners. I was rushed in with severe stomach pain and after three hours was walking out of the hospital. A big THANK YOU from the heart to the excellent staff for the wonderful care and help. All of you would be in my prayers.

If my specialist hadn't asked me to visit this wretched hospital for mammograms, then I would have visited some other labs where they actually treat patients like human beings. What I hate the most about hospitals that have Christian names (I am a devout Christian) is that they demand money upfront. It does not matter if the patient never had good hospital experience. What matters the most for them is the wad of green bucks. I feel like I'm visiting a showroom to buy a car rather than visiting a hospital. It is a real shame. What is a real pity is the fact that this obnoxious behavior is most prevalent in these type of establishments only.
