My daughter was admitted here for pneumonia, and the care that she got here was exceptional. The doctors, nurses, and hospitalists were terrific people. They offered the best possible care for my daughter. The doctors were friendly and had excellent bedside manners. They talked with her and explained what her ailment was in a language that she understood. They also spoke with me and took my inputs while determining a treatment plan and also shared various tips to ensure there was no recurrence.

Very pleased with the way my daughter was treated here

As with other hospitals, the care was adequate, but the billing was horrible. They could not get my name properly. The bill was also outrageous. I tried to find out what was the reason for such a high bill, but they refused to give an itemized bill. I also did not relent and insisted that I needed an itemized bill.

Finally, they relented and gave the itemized bill…the items were mentioned as “services rendered” and “physician’s fees.” Somebody should tell these idiots the meaning of the word “itemized bill”….it should mention everything for which my insurance was charged…

I ended up paying the bill lest they hand it over to the collection agency and screw up my credit score.

My only gripe with this hospital is the long waiting time every single time I visit the ER…just cannot fathom what causes the long delays in providing care…

But if one ignores this, then this hospital is the best one out there. The nurses, doctors, assistants, techs, and even the support services are great and make sure you are completely satisfied with the care they provide. I have been here thrice and the care every single time was exceptional

I had a quick ER visit and have been very satisfied with the outcome of the visit. The medical team provided exceptional care and made sure that the reason for my visit was completely addressed. Very impressed
