North Mountain Hospital has one of the best emergency rooms. I had gone there for tachycardia. I was checked in, and the doctor came to see me in 15 minutes. He ordered some scans, and I got the result in 15 minutes. The rooms were nice and clean. The ER team was very thorough. After spending 30 minutes in the ER, I heard the sweetest voice ever, “You are good to go.”

We are human beings and not just any numbers. The ICU doctors, at North Mountain Hospital, treated us like we were just numbers. Though there are some exceptions to these idiots, but they are just exceptions. They were least bothered about the trouble they were giving to my husband due to their stupidity. The doctor even told me that your husband “is done;” it is better to shift him to hospice. Well, I know when my husband would be “done.” And for your information, the person who was supposed to be “done” is busy traveling across Europe to enjoy his rebirth.

The past two years have been very difficult for us, and we had multiple visits to this hospital. Last month, two of my family members were admitted to this hospital but on different floors. To say that they were looked after very well would be an understatement. The NPs, nurses and the doctors all were very accommodating and provided wonderful care to both my relatives. They were genuinely concerned about the well being of my relatives. I am grateful that we have such a hospital in close vicinity. They have become our preferred hospital for any medical needs. We have nothing but praises for this wonderful hospital.

Got admitted to this hospital with stomach flu. I had become severely dehydrated and was advised to get admitted for observation. That got me nervous because, even though I have gone to hospital ER many times, I have never actually been admitted. But all my worries were unnecessary because I was taken care of by a wonderful team of nurses and doctors. The nurses even cracked a few jokes and helped me settle down. The food was great, and it was nothing like what I had read about. Though not gourmet, it was very delicious. After three days, my doctors reviewed me and then gave me all clear. Though happy to at least go home, I was little bit sad because I would be missing such wonderful people. HonorHealth also relayed all the necessary information to my PCP, so he has all the details. Ultimate Respect!!!!

North Mountain Hospital saved my life. Period. I was involved in a major accident and barely made it to the hospital via helicopter. Thanks to the excellent care, I am now back on my feet, riding a bike again. Simply put, I am living a new life. I hope I would be able to visit this wonderful hospital again to thank the staff for what they did.
