It is a mystery how these people work. I had visited them for chemotherapy, and everything went off very smoothly, and thankfully, my cancer is in remission. However, when I went to get an x-ray, the staff was so disorganized. Nobody had a clear idea of who was supposed to take me to the imaging room. Finally, a nurse put her hand up, and I was taken to the room. What do we see there…the tech is missing. Nobody has an idea when the tech would return. And no surprises, they do not have a backup tech. I could not believe this is the same hospital that conducted my chemotherapy so beautifully and without any hiccups.

Moral of the story: Visit this place for chemo or any other advanced stuff. For things like x-rays, MRIs, ER visit, visit other hospitals.

I visited this place after an unfortunate accident. I was seen in very quickly, and the ER doctor was beside me in minutes. He evaluated my back as well as my leg and after manual palpation said it is just a muscle pull. To be sure, he ordered an x-ray which turned out negative. After getting a script for muscle relaxers and pain meds, I was on my way.

The billing is atrocious. I visited the hospital after I hit my head against a low-hanging pipe. I was feeling dizzy, so I went to the ER. They acted quickly and got me into the ICU and conducted nearly all tests present for the brain, and their final diagnosis was dizziness was caused by the bump. The cost of diagnosing this result $13K….I demanded a breakup and items present in the bill were totally unrelated to my problem. Of the $13K, my part was $4.5K….could not believe that a bump could be so costly

Very satisfied with the treatment that was given to me. The staff was caring and ensured that not only I but my wife was also comfortable during the stay here. The doctor had excellent bedside manners and did not ask unnecessary and irrelevant questions. The visit was short and quick. Very satisfied

Excellent staff. Great professionals. I got my wife here late at night, and even at that ungodly hour, Pammy was taken good care of. The ER doctor was beside her in a few moments and did a detailed evaluation and made an accurate diagnosis. While prescribing meds, the doctor also told her about the steps to take for preventing a recurrence. Very satisfied with the care Pammy got here.
