I am disappointed with this hospital. I was admitted here with a life-threatening ailment, which the wonderful staff and doctors were able to control. I loved them and thought they were great. My problems started after I was shifted to the floor. There were no supplies, and the room was filthy. I put in a request for refilling supplies and room cleaning. They responded after 10 hours with a mere “we will look into it” statement. The trash was not removed even when it was overflowing. The next morning, a person comes and says there is a shortage of housekeeping staff so it will take time to address my concerns. Seriously!!!! Guys, we are in a hospital and not some goddamn hotel. Could not bear the shit anymore and I left AMA. Not sure if I will return for follow up.

Being a single parent of a special needs child is a daunting task. Going to the ER frequently is part of the routine. I have read many reviews on various forums that speak badly about this hospital. Get a handle, fellas; we are talking about a hospital, not a 7-star hotel. I think people need to take one step back and see the whole picture. Yes, I agree that sometimes it can be very frustrating to wait for a long time and the hospital is sometimes understaffed, but that does not decrease the standard of care. One has to remember that the staff is working to treat you and ensure that you get well. They are not here to become friends with you. When you compare it with Shady Groves ER, this definitely is a 7-star hotel. During my numerous visits to the ER as well as the hospital, I have never faced any issues. The nurses and doctors are patient enough to listen to my child, and they are very kind to her. Dealing with a special needs patient requires a lot of professionalism, a lot of care and love and I am happy that they are doing everything to make her feel safe and better

The wait time at this hospital is ridiculous. I had to wait for nearly five hours for an x-ray. I had a wrist fracture, and the doctor saw me after an hour or so. I was sent for an x-ray, which got completed quickly, but the wait to get the result is absurd. Also, these guys do not have any empathy. I was cringing in pain, yet the doctor did not give me anything for pain. Trust me, not coming back to this shithole!!!

We had to rush to the Labor and Delivery two days back as my wife thought her water broke (it didn't). The nursing staff is very friendly. The room was big, comfortable, and very clean. The due date is a few months away, but we are delighted that we have selected this hospital for delivering our baby. Expecting a wonderful experience!

A ton of thanks to the excellent ER staff who took wonderful care of my husband a few days back. He was really hurting. Though he dislikes visiting the hospital, he was in such pain that he could not bear it anymore. At that moment, I knew he needed care immediately. The doctor was caring and professional. He diagnosed his problem quickly. The staff was engaging and very attentive. My husband was singing paeans of this hospital staff. After staying here for nearly five hours, we walked out of the door happy & relieved. God bless you all
