Devils under one roof

I do not wish to get into the details of what I experienced here because I honestly do not have the patience or the energy to type it all out here. But let me make one earnest request; do not visit this hospital or be admitted here at any cost. All the staff here are evil minded and they will make it a point to make your life a hell while you are here and even after you get discharged.

Stay away from this place as far as possible and take it from me, nothing good is going to come to you by taking a treatment at this god forsaken hospital.

I must appreciate the way nurses here work their ass off so that their patients feel comfortable. They are well-organized and deliver their duties diligently. They walk that extra mile to make sure everything is done for their patients on time and they are all at ease under their care. They are a wonderful lot and it would be unfair if their efforts go unnoticed and unappreciated.

Additionally, I liked the food too that is served to patients. It is so much more better than what I have had in many other places. I liked my experience here and if one has to be in a hospital for a few days, this is not a bad place at all.

One of the poorest hospital leadership I have ever come across is of this hospital. But it was not like this 10 years back. It is during the recent years that this hospital has completely gone down the drain. Their doctors, nurses and facilities are quite ok, I wouldn’t say it is bad but it is not good either; its just manageable. But the admin staff and their fake and unusual billing practices is what I could not tolerate at all.

When I received my bill, it was ramped up so high with some bogus hospital facility fees. I have hardly met my doctor twice while I was at the hospital and is always the nurses who come for the check-up n all that. But still, I was charged hefty amounts while getting discharged from the hospital.

They loot people. So, please do not go there to burn a hole in your pockets for services which you have not even received.

I went to this hospital to meet a qualified professional doctor and get a diagnosis for my condition. But what I saw there was, if you are lucky, you get to see a doctor but otherwise, a ton of nurses come and visit you one after the other and try to diagnose your condition.

I fell prey to all of these and was misdiagnosed by a nurse. Once they realized their mistake, their tried to make a switch in my doctor and my specialist. And then they tried to diagnose me again but till now I have not received any reports for the same.

For Holland hospital, it is always about the money they make and never about patients like me. They misdiagnosed my condition, did all sorts of things to make me feel bad, treated me like a piece of shit and yet, they are after my money and have put some or the other unnecessary charges in my bill.

And I am now running in circles to get all that clarified.

Incredible hospital

It is a very nice hospital and I had a very good experience here when I was admitted at Holland for a week. The nurses are angels and the doctors make it a point to visit you thrice during the whole day, speak to you, spend time with you and address your concerns.

During my short stint here, I even got a chance to interact with other patients here and all of them seem to be satisfied with the services rendered by the hospital.

I am definitely happy with the clean and customized environment they provide here.

I was a single expecting mom and since I was going to be a single mom, I required some extra care from the nursing staff at this hospital. But things did not go as I expected it to be. The nurses were fine and they went about their duty well and took care of me as they were supposed to be.

But every time they came in and looked at me, I could clearly sense that they thought differently about me and my pregnancy. Somehow, because I was a single parent, they had entirely different thoughts about pregnancy and I strongly feel they thought I did not deserve the treatment they were giving me. They thought less of me because I was a single mom.

So, if you are a single mom or for that matter even a normal couple, save yourself a trip here and go elsewhere.

All the staff of Holland hospital have treated me in a very warm and friendly way. They were quite amiable and sensitive to my needs.

I know that many a times that too in a hospital, I could be the most fussiest person you will ever encounter but all of them had tremendous amount of patience with me and though I troubled all of them a lot with my anxious nature, they always served me with a smiling face and never showed even a single sign of irritability.

Throughout my stay at the hospital, I was treated with a lot of importance, love and attention.

I have been to this hospital only once that too years back and that day in the ER I vowed to never come back here. And I have stuck to my decision all this while and many of my friends who happened to be at that hospital after me have the same opinion about the place and when I tell them about my decision, they all say I have taken a right one!

None of them have had a happy fulfilling experience in that hospital. So, it is better for your own good to not make the mistake that many of us made by coming to this hospital and stay as far as you can from this place.
