Hilton Head cheats its patients. This past summer, I ended up visiting the hospital after a fall. My right leg was paining, and I was sure that there might either be a crack or a fracture. I asked the staff an estimate for the x-ray and was told that it would be less than $800. I went ahead with the x-ray and got treatment.

Fast forward last week, I get a bill in the mail from Hilton Head for the service rendered. The amount was nowhere close to what was mentioned by HH. The bill was for $3000. These guys have not been responding to my call. Stay away from this hospital!!!

Patients BEWARE…DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!

These guys suck big time. They are least bothered about providing effective and efficient treatment. All they are interested in is fleecing money from unsuspecting patients. On top of that, you have to deal with some of the rudest and most ill-mannered nurses. The nurses do not know how to deal with elderly patients, children, and treat every patient as a nuisance.

I was in with my 3 YO son, and he was clearly fidgety. The nurse took umbrage against the fuss that my child was creating and threatened me that if I did not quieten him down quickly, she would call the security and get us escorted out. I somehow controlled my anger, went to her place, told her “f*** you b****” and then walked out without seeing the doctor. That lady surely does not deserve to be in this profession.

I hate hospitals. I avoid them like the plague. However, HH is the one place which takes very good care of me. I do not hesitate to visit this place for any medical needs

These folks are quick. My teenaged son fell while running and had to be taken to the emergency room. The staff took him in very quickly and then after a few minutes of wait time, he was seen by the doctor. A thorough evaluation ensued, and Bobby ended up getting stitches on his wound. The medical staff was wonderful and took great care of Bobby!

These folks even called us the next day to make sure that he was fine!!!! Thank you.

The doctors at Hilton Head Hospital do know how to treat young children. My 4 YO ended up needing stitches after a fall on the pavement. Our visit lasted just an hour. The ER doctor was excellent and knew how to deal with kids. My little one did not cry at all while getting stitches. Amazing care. Will be back

I visited HH Hospital this past May for delivering my first child, May 12th, 2019. Clara, my nurse, did an outstanding job and was a constant support for me from start to finish. She was caring, very kind, and compassionate.

She ensured that my husband and I were comfortable during the stay here. She also spent time with us to make sure that we understood everything about parenting and what all was needed to be done. I do not know what would have I done without her. Clara, you would always be in our prayers.
