Do yourself a favor…avoid this hospital if you need emergency treatment. The chances are that you might not get to see a doctor even if you wait for more than 24 hours. I visited this shithole today morning. I was taken in very quickly and then after a wait of three hours, back to the room where I have been lying. It has been nearly seven hours in the ER room now, and no doctor or even a PA has come to visit me. Not sure how long would I have to wait before seeing them. This is pathetic…

The nurses at Highline Medical Center are some of the laziest staff I have ever come across. I was on the floor. I needed to talk to the doctor about the increasing pain and pressed the call button. When nobody came after 15 minutes, my wife went to check and saw nearly all the nurses present at the nurses’ station were either talking or busy fiddling their phones. Nobody heard the call. My wife gave them a piece of her mind and asked for the doctor…wonder what would have happened if my wife was not there

A quick visit to the ER turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The doctor and the nurses were amazing and treated me with respect. They were very attentive to my needs. The doctor did not rush through my care. Very happy with the way I was treated here

A family member was rushed to Highline ER and then transferred to ICU. The care which she got was exceptional. The staff was very thorough, attentive, and readily answered our questions and addressed our concerns. The doctor was a nice gentleman and explained what my family member’s ailment was and how they were addressing it. She could not have been in safer hands

I was treated well when I visited the ER. The staff was courteous, the nurses very professional, and the doctor a nice gentleman. All had excellent bedside manners. The doctor was able to diagnose my back pain as a case of a pinched nerve and gave NSAIDs and showed some exercises which would help in relieving the pain. Thanks, Highline Medical Center for treating me well
