Podiatry Unit at Highlands Hospital rocks!!!! Even though the doctor sucks, the nurses and other support staff are the best. They took excellent care of me when I was there. The lady at the podiatry info desk was great and helped me with the forms and other things. The nurse was helpful and explained what my problem was and how to avoid it etc. I would have this place in mind when the need arises the next time.

Amazing….I do not have any other words to appreciate what the ER nurse and the doctor did. When the scan revealed nothing, the nurse and the doctor were not convinced and ordered further scans, which showed that I had a fracture of my lower spine. Prompt action from these fantastic guys ensured that I am not bedridden for the rest of my life. Thanks, guys for everything

Who would make a patient having 104-degree fever wait in a cold and damp ER waiting room for nearly three hours without anything to make the wait comfortable? Well, the dumbos manning Highland Hospital ER would. When even after waiting for three hours, there was no clarity when I would be seen, I decided to leave.

I went to a nearby hospital, where they took me in quickly, and immediate treatment started. Won’t step in again.

Highland's L&D department ROCKS! My wife and I are glad that we decided to have our first child here. The staff is superb, and so was the doctor. They took excellent care of Janice and my princess. The doctors were great and guided us on how to take care of the little one. The room was spacious and spotless. We would consider this hospital for future deliveries.

WORST ER in the entire state. The nurse who was in charge of my husband’s care was continually trying to flirt with him. She was so shameless, not even leaving a guy who was down with high fever. Once seen, Jamie was admitted, and the nurse kept on barging into the room. I, finally, had to get her out of my husband’s care. She even tried to get me out of the room under some BS rule. Luckily, the superior nurse intervened and defused the situation.

Highlands have to teach its staff basic decency and not retain employees who keep on hitting their patients!!!!

The nurse practitioner who saw my son a few nights back was exceptional. She was great with kids and ensured that my son did not feel stressed out. My son, who was wailing when we entered the ER, was smiling and laughing when we were walking out. Great experience
