I had the worst ER experience ever. The staff is very, very, very, very slow. It took them three hours to get me to the room and set up an IV. Once the IV was done, another two hours to discharge me. I thought I might die while waiting for my discharge papers. A complete mess. Avoid this hospital if you need urgent care.

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is impressive. My wife was taken there for emergency surgery. The staff was amazing. They took excellent care of Debbie. The nurses and the aides were very friendly and attentive to her needs. The doctor and the surgeon were nice gentlemen and made sure that we understood the need for the surgery. High-quality care. Thank you, everyone, for giving me back my Debbie

As with all other hospitals, billing at this hospital really sucks. They make wrong entries, do not accept their mistakes, are very rude, and mostly inaccessible. Guess these bozos have forgotten that they are there to help the customers and not to harass them unnecessarily. I had to run around them for three months to get a double charge rectified. I have taken my business elsewhere

This ER is very slow. One might forget why they came here by the time the doctor sees you. I spent nearly seven hours for seeing the doctor. I agree there was a rush when I was there, but it was not heavy to necessitate a seven-hour wait. Folks, it would be better to visit another hospital if you need quick care. Coming to this place for an emergency is like embracing death with open hands.

I had visited this hospital last year and was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Zvansky. An excellent doctor, she was very kind, caring, and compassionate. She did not rush through my care. She was very patient. She heard me out. Once she heard me and ran a few tests only then did she come up with a diagnosis. She has taken patient care to the next level. I am very thankful to her. If the need arises, then I would be back to seek care under her

Quick ER visit thanks to Amanda Davis. Came for stitches and she made sure it was the best ER experience. Very kind and friendly, she knew how to calm down a frantic and shrieking patient. Thank you
