Ridiculous wait times in the ER. I visited the HF Wyandotte ER at 11:00 PM after I suddenly started feeling uneasy. When I reached the ER, there was not a single patient. I was taken in almost immediately and then made to wait for nearly two hours to be taken back! I was not able to understand the reason for such a long wait in a deserted ER. I got my answer as I was being taken back to the patient room. The nurses were having a jolly good time and busy having fun while ignoring their duty. Not planning to come back at all. The only saving grace here…the doctor. He was a gentleman. He treated me well.

HF Wyandotte is a nice facility. Have visited this hospital twice or thrice, not as a patient, but accompanying friends and loved ones. From whatever I have heard and seen, this hospital treats its patients well. The staff is helpful and gives proper respect where it is due. Even the parking is hassle-free. Won’t think twice to seek care here

Brought my son to this ED after enduring a cruel four-hour waiting period at another hospital. My son was doubling up in pain. He was seen by the ED doctor in 15 minutes and was given appropriate treatment. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and very professional. The ED was clean. Would recommend.

A wonderful place to seek care. My family is regular at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, and they have never disappointed us with their care. The staff is always friendly, very helpful, and ready to walk that extra mile if required. Things move smoothly here, and there have been very few instances where we felt very frustrated, but none which would have made us think seeking care elsewhere. God Bless You All
