My wife was there a few months back, seven to be precise. They transferred her to the ICU, as her fever was becoming unmanageable. They kept her here for three days and ran the entire gamut of tests but could not determine the cause of the fever. They ended up COMPLETELY misdiagnosing her!! They even had the gumption of saying that she had some terminal illness (never heard of it all my life), and the chances of celebrating Christmas is remote. We sought her transfer to Westchester Medical Center! There, the doctor diagnosed her as having a severe pituitary gland infection – completely different diagnosis. Thanks to the wonderful care at Westchester Medical Center, my wife is back on her feet. Thank goodness, we transferred her care. Completely pathetic and absolutely disgusting!!

This review is somewhat different than regular ones. This is specifically for Gift Shop operating out of this hospital. I was away in Europe when I heard that my best friend was taken ill and was in the ICU. I wanted to send her something, so inquired about the gift shop. I was given the number, and I called up Don. I told him about my situation and what I had in my mind. He is a very gentle soul and suggested some very good ideas like socks, flowers, and stuffed animals. I liked the idea of flowers, and he again gave me suggestions. All this while he was managing the shop on his own. Once I made my decision, he even offered to take the flowers to my best friend. He is an angel on Earth. Thank you, Don, for all the help. People like you make a big difference in the lives of patients.

This hospital has one of the outstanding staff that I have ever come across! I brought my dad into the ER at 8:00 PM on a Saturday. The guard at the door was very friendly. Seeing my dad, he rushed in and got a wheelchair. The guard went out of his way to make us comfortable. The nursing staff was also amiable and quickly took over the care. The doctor was also very cool and professional. He cracked a few jokes with my father. He was treated here with compassion and utmost respect. Absolutely no complaints! If only I could get the names of the ER team and the security guard. I would love to thank them personally. Thank you

My son had to undergo urgent surgery, and he was referred to this hospital by our surgeon. I dislike hospitals, and there is a very good reason for that. That being said, the staff was wonderful. They were responsive, competent, and happy. My son was hospitalized for three days. We had a wonderful experience at Healthcare Hospital. The food was also great. The hospital has got enough nurses which result in the efficient quality of care and refreshed nurses all the time. We enjoyed our stay here.
