Health Central is numero uno when it comes to hospitals in central Florida! If you face any health issue, then do not look at any other hospital, get into your car and drive down to Health Central. You would not be disappointed at all. Your treatment is in the hands of a team of wonderful nurses and doctors whose main priority is to help you regain your health and not just mint money in your name. Of course, people might have different opinions, but I am talking based on the experiences which I have had whenever I visited this hospital.

I am singing paeans of this hospital because of what happened to me. I had recurring bouts of stomach pain and had visited many hospitals who asked me to undergo surgery. Whenever I told them that I do not have insurance, they would give medicines for treating the symptoms and discharge me. A few months back, I had another bout of stomach pain and this time I rushed to Health Central. The same story – you need surgery – I tell them, no insurance. Then comes the twist…no issues…your health is more important. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought they were joking, but they were very dead serious.

I would pay off the bill eventually, but the very fact that the hospital put the health first rather than money has made me their lifelong fan. Thank you, Health Central.

AVOID HEALTH CENTRAL.

Not because of its staff, but their parking manners. The staff of Health Central seems to enjoy parking in the patient parking space. These guys do have a specific parking place, but still, they always end up parking at the patient’s parking place. I recently had to walk for nearly five minutes after parking my car to visit the doctor. I am not handicapped, but I had recently undergone surgery on my left foot and walking for five minutes with the plaster on is painful and ridiculous. More than the hospital staff, the hospital administration should be ashamed for not enforcing the parking rules on their employees. This is not a new incident…it has always been the case.

Took my father to this hospital a month back for his doctor's appointment. Health Central Hospital offers a level of customer care and professionalism that is not seen anywhere. The hospital is surrounded by shopping, banking, and dining businesses. You also have a Walmart Supercenter across the street. The hospital is well maintained both inside and outside. Clean and safe! The staff ensured that my father’s appointment was stress-free and he was delighted with the outcome. Thank you, Health Central for employing such wonderful nurses and doctors.

Health Central disappointed me this time. I have frequented this hospital and was always satisfied with the treatment. However, the last time I went there, I got a completely different vibe from the hospital staff. I had an injury on my hand which was neither increasing nor decreasing and was remaining constant. Worried, I visited the ER, where the doctor told me it was not an issue and there is nothing to be done, but then he goes ahead and orders bloodwork and even scans.

Why? If there is nothing to worry about and there is nothing to be done, then why the tests? Did not get satisfactory answers. Come on, you guys alone said nothing could be done!
