So, I am a native Houstonian. My family has been residing in this area for the past 50 years and have seen a lot of rapid development taking place. I am 45 now but have never felt the need to go to the Conroe. I was always visiting another hospital. Things changed last week when I had to visit the hospital due to my wife’s medical emergency. She needed blood transfusion quickly, but other hospitals were unable to accommodate us. I have nothing to say about this center except for positive things. Everyone whom we interacted with was very friendly and very professional. They also served us a wonderful breakfast and a delicious lunch... Excellent job!! If the need arises, we will return.

Healthcare Conroe’s staff treated us very well. The doctors and nurses were very professional. They did an excellent job. Had some issue with the security guard and the receptionist, but the wonderful care has compensated for that.

Pathetic Hospital and the absolutely worthless and useless lady at the desk. She was very rude and yelled at people for no rhyme or reason. She is not ready to help people. I asked the lady a simple question, and she started yelling at me. The security guard was no good. I was with my daughter who had hit her head on the curb and was bleeding profusely. I was given gauze and asked to stop the bleeding as it was dirtying the floor. DUH

We were finally seen after 90 minutes. My princess ended up with seven stitches on her forehead. The restroom was filthy. Visited this hospital as it was the closest hospital. I will never be back.

I had wonderful hospital experience. I have visited the ER two nights back with severe lower back pain. I was seen pretty quickly and taken back to the ER. The doctor ordered blood tests, felt the area and provisionally ruled it as a lower back muscle pull. The blood test ruled out pancreatitis and kidney stones, and the diagnosis became final. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Had to visit the ER to seek medicines for the six-day long migraine attack. Nothing seemed to work, and I was getting nauseous and unable to keep anything down. I did not have to wait for too long. The doctor also saw me in pretty quick time. He offered me medicines and also gave tips on how to cope with extreme migraines. Highly impressed with the hospital
