This is purely a 'For Profit' medical center. Patients who pay out of their pockets, or are not insured are fleeced hard. Sometimes, they are charged nearly 1000% more. You can have negotiations, but then be prepared for the long haul and make sure that you add the expenses of a lawyer to your overall costs.

Felt very humiliated here.

The nurse who was in the ER a few days back did not hesitate to make fun of me. For some reason, the idiot picked on me and called me by my medical condition several times. Surely, he did not hear about HIPAA. I could not bear it after some time and started giving it back to him and even more. I was made to wait for nearly three hours before being taken back in, and I made sure that the nurse knew how incompetent he was and that he would not even get a security guard’s job in any other hospital. He messed with a wrong guy.

The care was substandard, and the doctor rushed through my care. Absolutely dissatisfied with the care I got here…won’t be back for sure

My trip to the ER was top-notch. The nurses and the doctor were beautiful people who knew how to respect a person. The treatment was top-notch, and I was really happy with the way the doctor handled my situation. He was a kind fellow who had that extra time to listen to his patients and then take their inputs in treatment plans.

Thank you, folks, for treating me well.

I had to visit this hospital for surgery back in 2018. To say that the care which I received was good would be an understatement. It was excellent. The ER team quickly got the preparatory work done and then transferred me to the surgery room where I underwent successful surgery. The surgeon was a splendid fellow who explained the entire operation to me and encouraged me to ask questions. The post-op phase was also very good, and the nurses ensured that I was comfortable during my stay.

I would highly recommend Havasu Regional Medical Center for any surgical procedures.

My wife had to be in the ICU for a week for high fever and other associated complications. She received the best possible care that one could get under that given circumstances. The ICU doctors and nurses were wonderful. The nurses were very friendly and attentive to Demi’s needs. Thanks to the exceptional care, Demi has recovered very well and is back on her feet.
